How a request works

1. Email t6y11a@mail.instinct.com saying the address you registered with and what you would like: access, a correction, an export, deletion, or withdrawal of a consent.

2. A single-use confirmation link is emailed to the registered address, usually within 6 hours. Nothing is disclosed, changed or deleted before that link is opened - opening it proves control of the mailbox, which is how the request is verified as yours. A from-address alone is never enough.

3. Deletions are completed within 30 days of confirmation and confirmed to the registered address. Requests about addresses with no record receive a generic reply that neither confirms nor denies a record exists. If you have lost access to the registered address, say so in your email and a different verification step will be agreed before anything changes.
